Our Process
A structured, ethical, and documentation-focused approach to complex medical-legal and vulnerable adult cases.
Initial Case Inquiry
The client submits a brief inquiry describing the general concern, involved parties, case type, timeline, and urgency.
Conflict and Scope Review
We determine whether the matter fits our services, whether there are conflicts, and whether the requested work is within professional scope.
Consultation Call
A consultation call clarifies goals, available documentation, deliverables, deadlines, and appropriate boundaries.
Engagement Agreement
If appropriate, the client receives a written agreement outlining scope, fees, confidentiality, limitations, and deliverables.
Secure Document Submission
Records are submitted through a secure upload portal or encrypted document process.
Review and Organization
Documents are reviewed and organized by timeline, issue category, psychosocial relevance, documentation pattern, and concern type.
Deliverable Preparation
Depending on the case, deliverables may include a timeline, psychosocial summary, documentation gap list, case memo, or consultation report.
Review Meeting
We review the final work product, answer questions within scope, and identify possible next steps or referral needs.
